General impression:
This movie is almost perfect. All the elements of production are high-quality, and the acting is enthralling, full of nuances and subtleties that give a dignified yet truly sensitive human dimension to the historic symbols the movie is about.
Highlights:
Colin Firth is fabulous in his role, and Geoffrey Rush’s portrayal of Lionel Logue is captivating – the role suited him perfectly.
